Acquisition and Development of Mixed-Use Development Kendall Village Center
Represent several affiliated joint ventures in their acquisition (including assemblage of parcels from various unaffiliated adjacent owners), development, leasing and financing of Kendall Village Center, a retail, entertainment, residential and office mixed use project in Miami-Dade County. This representation included drafting of Reciprocal Easement Agreements and Declarations of Restrictions to tie together the operational aspects of several parcels, including an office condominium component and several free standing third party owned outparcels.
