Structured a "going private" transaction for the company, including a joint venture with other secured creditors to acquire the assets of the cannabis company through a Canadian bankruptcy proceeding. Successfully negotiated the voluntary surrender of assets in Florida, including the transfer of a Florida cannabis license, from the cannabis company, followed by the negotiation of a joint venture with a prominent cannabis cultivator for the development of a cannabis business utilizing the Florida license.
