P3 Development of Broward College Central Campus
Broward College
Representation of Broward College in connection with its P3 development of substantial portions of its approximately 150-acre Central Campus in Davie, Florida, including the design and construction of a new campus-wide stormwater management system, new public plazas, and a new public/private joint redevelopment. The project will also generate more than $600 million in new College revenue. Worked with the college and its financial advisor to structure the P3 procurement process, negotiate term sheets with the shortlisted proposers, and negotiate ground lease and development agreements with the selected developer.
