Representation of an international engineering firm in connection with the formation of a P3 consortium and submittal of its top-ranked bid to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (DBFOM) $1 billion in new LED street lighting and smart-cities infrastructure throughout Miami-Dade County. The project includes the conversion of 27,000 street lights to LED, the delivery of more than 400 miles of fiber-optic data infrastructure, and the development and operation of Countywide broadband, cellular, and smart cities infrastructure. The representation includes the negotiation of teaming agreements, support in the preparation of the client’s winning response to the RFP, and the resulting contract negotiations with the County.
