Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Partner Hal J. Webb will be a speaker at the International Trusts & Private Client Forum in the Cayman Islands on October 25-26.

Hal will be a panelist for an October 25 forum discussing "The Effect of Foreign Community Property Laws on Trusts." The two-day conference at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Grand Cayman covers key issues facing residents of the Cayman Islands.

Hal is the Head of International Private Client Services at Bilzin Sumberg. His practice focuses on advising high-net-worth private clients in all aspects of international tax and estate planning. Hal frequently deals with sophisticated foreign trusts with United States beneficiaries, pre-immigration planning, structuring foreign investment into the United States and voluntary disclosures. Hal also is a frequent author and lecturer on various topics of international tax and estate planning.
