Anthony De Yurre Finalist for Rising Star Awards
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Anthony De Yurre has been named a finalist for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Awards. Anthony is one of three finalists for the Executive Star Award, which recognizes an individual who has demonstrated excellence in leadership within their organization.
Anthony is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg's Land Development & Government Relations Group and the International Group. His practice focuses on the representation of real estate developers and investors with an emphasis on transportation-oriented, mixed-use development and public-private partnership development. He also has prior experience in acquisition financing, construction financing, debt restructuring, and distressed asset workouts.
In addition, Anthony is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami (UM) School of Law LL.M. program in Real Property Development, where he teaches problem-solving on mixed-use development issues. Anthony is a graduate of UM's Real Property Development LL.M. program. He also coaches entrepreneurs as part of the University of Miami’s Blackstone Launch Pad business incubator. He earned his J.D. at Vanderbilt University and his B.A. at Duke University. Anthony is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
The Executive Star Award and the other Rising Star Awards will be announced on May 3 at the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Signature Soiree.
