Phillip, a Real Estate Partner, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, and leasing. He represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing involving commercial mortgage-backed securities, mezzanine loans, and loan restructurings. Phillip was selected as one of 2016's Top Dealmakers of the Year in the Hotel category by the Daily Business Review.
