Alexandra Lehson Selected as SFBJ 40 Under 40 Honoree
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Real Estate Partner Alexandra Lehson has been selected as a 2018 40 Under 40 Award honoree by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ). The awards honor the best and brightest young professionals in South Florida who have made an impact both professionally and in the community.
As a Real Estate Partner, Alexandra focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including complex commercial financing on behalf of borrowers and lenders, acquisitions, dispositions, and structuring transactions for optimum documentary stamp and intangible tax treatment. Never content with an off-the shelf approach, Alexandra is known to seek out creative solutions to meet her clients' objectives.
Alexandra has been instrumental in structuring and documenting multi-million dollar transactions across all asset classes. Recent examples are a $115 million construction loan for Hyde Beach House, a 342-unit luxury condo-hotel property in Hollywood, Florida, and an $80 million sale of the ground lease interest in the iconic Lincoln Place office and retail building in South Beach.
Active in the South Florida community, Alexandra is Co-Chair of the Executive Board of The Network division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and Associate Vice Chair of Engagement of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the Jewish Federations of North America where she works toward increasing and encouraging greater involvement in, volunteerism with, and financial contributions to the organization across the United States and Canada. In 2017, Alexandra received the Sandra C. Goldstein award from the Greater Miami Jewish Federation for her outstanding leadership in the community.
