Florida Foster Care Review's Corporate Partner Award
Miami, FL- Bilzin Sumberg is a proud recipient of Florida Foster Care Review's (FFCR) Corporate Partner Award. Honorees for the award are chosen based on their commitment and contributions to FFCR's goal to advance the safety, stability and success of children in foster care by connecting them to essential services, supportive relationships and permanent families.
"We are honored to receive this recognition and to partner with Florida Foster Care Review," said Albert E. Dotson, Jr., Managing Partner of Bilzin Sumberg. "Community giving has been at Bilzin Sumberg's core from its inception and will continue to be a cornerstone for our corporate values."
The partnership between the Firm and FFCR began in 2012 as part of the Bilzin Sumberg Cares initiative, a community involvement program that provides the Firm's attorneys, staff and their families with opportunities to work together to benefit charitable organizations in the South Florida community.
"We are grateful for the firm’s dedication to our organization," said Candice L. Maze, J.D., FFCR Executive Director. "We salute Bilzin Sumberg, its leaders, attorneys, staff and their families for all they do to help the vulnerable, needy, and at-risk in our community."
FFCR extends the Corporate Partner Award whenever the Board of Directors and the Executive Director identify a partner who is consistently demonstrating outstanding support for the organization's mission through giving, in-kind support and volunteerism. The most recent honoree was recognized in 2015.
