Howard E. Nelson, environmental attorney, was instrumental in the passing of modifications to existing restrictions on wetland mitigation projects. The Florida Wetlands Mitigation Bill was approved this year and went into effect July 1.
Litigators Robert W. Turken, Scott N. Wagner, and Lori Lustrin have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in price-fixing cases in the electronics industry and are working on antitrust cases in the food and beverage industry.
