Suzanne Amaducci Honored with Connect CRE’s Lawyers in Real Estate Award

This year’s award recognizes Suzanne as a key player in high-profile, complex real estate transactions, who is regularly sought out for her extensive experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate development and finance transactions, including acquisitions, mixed-use development, leasing, public private-partnerships, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and loan restructurings. She is very active in the area of marina and hotel acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development. Suzanne and her team have closed well over $2 billion in marina transactions.
Suzanne’s recognition by Connect CRE also takes into account her long track record of involvement in industry associations. Suzanne is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a prestigious fellowship reserved for lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law; a member of the Advisory Board of ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean; a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Miami Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism program (MRED+U); and a past president and past board member of the Miami Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
