The firm has demonstrated such commitment in a variety of ways, whether in the hiring and retaining of women attorneys, implementing employment practices fostering women's representation in leadership roles, or in promoting women to equity partnership and senior management positions. The winners of the Champion of Women awards will be announced at MDFAWL’s annual Installation Event on May 16, 2024.
