Bilzin Sumberg and United Way Dedicate Day of Service to Children’s Home Society of Florida

Miami, FL – On March 8, in connection with its Bilzin Sumberg Cares community involvement program, Bilzin Sumberg partnered with United Way Miami to support the Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS) in the enhancement and beautification of its affiliated facility in South Miami.
Over 70 Bilzin Sumberg attorneys, staff, and their families, along with their counterparts at United Way, gathered at CHS to learn about its various life changing interventions, such as early childhood development programs, child welfare services, foster care and adoptions programs, and others that serve as a lifeline to families and children in need of healthy, stable, and secure lives.
Our volunteers spent the day revitalizing the CHS facility inside and out. They painted both the interior and exterior of the center, enhanced the landscape by planting bushes along the perimeter, constructed picnic tables for staff, and meticulously organized the facility’s supply room—leaving a lasting impact on the center’s functionality and appearance.
