Q & A
What trait do you possess that is particularly helpful in the matters you handle?
Being able to communicate complicated situations while at the same time distilling the key aspects that clients need to know about in order to make informed decisions has been indispensable. As an effective advocate for clients, I need to delve into the legal minutiae of each matter I handle, but ultimately the client is the decision-maker for their respective matter. It is critical that they understand the strategic implications of every development in their matter. Strong communication and legal acumen thus go hand-in-hand.
What do you value most about practicing at Bilzin Sumberg?
Bilzin Sumberg strongly encourages its litigation attorneys to collaborate with one another across the respective matters they are handling for different clients, with the goal of developing well-rounded legal professionals who are strategic in their approach to the needs of clients. The exposure to various types of business disputes through such collaboration builds strategic and innovative thinking that clients value because it demonstrates the consideration of multiple avenues for addressing a challenge or new development in a case.
