Jackie F. Gallego

Jackie F. Gallego has over 25 years of experience in the area of human resources and serves as Bilzin Sumberg's Chief Human Resources Officer. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of firm-wide human resource initiatives. In this capacity, Jackie designs and routinely reviews firm policies and procedures, oversees employee performance management programs, integration and orientation programs, as well as, benefits and retirement plans. Jackie works closely with attorneys, managers and directors to recruit, select, and retain employees.

In addition, she maintains and enhances the Firm's collegial culture by creating and leading the Firm's staff committee - a staff based committee that meets regularly to discuss employees' interests and concerns - and actively participates in the Firm's Culture Committee's Bilzin Sumberg Cares initiative - an employee public service program that provides opportunities for employees and their families to give back to our community through public service and charitable contributions. Jackie also serves as the Firm's United Way Campaign Co-Chair.

Jackie maintains an active presence among her peers through her significant involvement with the Association of Legal Administrators and has been called upon to speak before professional groups on human resource related topics.
