Marshall R. Pasternack
- Chambers USA source
Marshall regularly works on joint ventures for real estate projects valued at hundreds of millions — even billions — of dollars. Those partnerships have built landmark developments across South Florida, including the Dolphin Mall, Oakwood Plaza, Jade Signature, Civica, Auberge in Fort Lauderdale, and Pelican Bay in Naples.
I have been fortunate to have focused in an area over the past 25 years that I truly enjoy and which lends itself to creativity -- the joint venture arena. I view the best of these transactions as exercises in collaboration -- among principals and attorneys. I enjoy people and I enjoy bringing people together and my practice allows me to do these things in a very positive and professional way. I am pleased to have developed relationships with and been referred multiple matters by attorneys that I once sat across the table from.
My clients entrust me to get their deals done and I do everything I can to do so. Many of my clients are close personal friends with whom I have had the pleasure of sharing many life cycle events. My clients know I am always available for them.
