Hannah Lidicker
Hannah is a transactional real estate attorney focusing on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of property. She also uses her real estate skills in the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) practice representing special servicer lenders in the purchase and sale of property, or modifications to their assets and in the Affordable Housing practice representing affordable housing developers. During law school, Hannah was elected to serve as Editor-in-Chief for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, one of the most prominent and widely cited legal journals devoted to comparative and international law.
I researched law firms all over the country to find a sophisticated real estate practice where I would have the opportunity for direct mentorship with partners and client interaction.
