$32 Million Loan Negotiation and Acquisition of the Jockey Club in North Miami
Cineret, LLC, Tifeeret, LLC, and Tzion, LLC
Representation of client in the formation of joint-venture companies Cineret, Tifeeret, and Tzion, and in acquisition of property encompassing the Jockey Club in North Miami, Florida. We negotiated and closed a $25 million acquisition and pre-development loan from Marshall Investments, and an additional $7 million mezzanine loan from Hudson Debt Fund I. The Jockey Club contains three existing condo towers (not included in the acquisition), a marina, an adjacent tract of land, and other common areas.
