Joy Spillis Lundeen and Felix X. Rodriguez participated in a discussion on Florida Statutes Ch. 558 and how to avoid costly construction defect claims. More specifically, panelists discussed an overview of the 558 process, the most common construction defect claims, quality assurance, and its impact on the cost of risk and mitigating high dollar construction defect claims.
