Melissa Pallett-Vasquez Appointed to Board for Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade

Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Melissa Pallett-Vasquez has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade.
The organization provides a myriad of targeted services ranging from character development to health awareness, all focused on the holistic wellbeing of youths in Miami-Dade.
As a partner in the Firm's Litigation Group, Melissa handles complex commercial litigation matters as well as domestic and international arbitrations, and appeals. She represents clients in areas including real estate-related contracts, partnership and joint venture agreements, defense of intentional tort claims, and class action defense work, with a focus on consumer products and the food and beverage industry.
