Adrian Felix
Adrian K. Felix focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation across various industries, including construction, franchising, financial services, and hospitality. He also has significant experience assisting real estate owners and developers in the management of distressed construction projects, as well as helping clients to navigate issues related to the multifaceted legal relationship between franchisors and franchisees. Over the past two decades, Sara has been committed to optimizing companies and advancing communities with vision and leadership – working across the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors.
