Partner Jennifer J. Wioncek Newest Addition to Tax and Estate Planning Group
MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to add Jennifer J. Wioncek as a Partner to the Firm in our Tax & Estate Planning Group. She is recognized in domestic and international trust and estate planning for high net worth international private clients and their families.

Jennifer brings with her nearly 10 years of trust and estate planning legal experience. She advises high net worth individuals and family offices on both domestic and international trust and estate planning matters, multijurisdictional estate administration matters, and acquisition, maintenance and sale of U.S. real estate by foreigners. Her practice focuses on general international tax planning, international trust and estate planning, pre-immigration planning, international reporting and compliance, and representation of family offices. Jennifer also handles expatriation planning, and offshore voluntary compliance.

Jennifer is a frequent speaker in the community on international tax planning issues and is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law LLM program, where she teaches multiple classes in the area of trusts and estates. She is also a volunteer for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Success in Law School Mentoring Program.
Jennifer is a two-time recipient of the Florida Bar Tax Section's Chair's Special Merit Award and was most recently recognized as a leading tax, trusts and estates "Power Woman" lawyer by Citywealth Magazine and as an "Up and Comer" in South Florida Legal Guide. She is one of 40 “Rising Star” South Florida lawyers under the age of 40 recognized by the Daily Business Review and has been consistently recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers.
