MIAMI, FL- Bilzin Sumberg congratulates Litigation Partner, Adrian K. Felix, on his appointment as Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Construction Litigation Committee.
In his role, Adrian will support the Committee in its mission to increase membership, deliver meaningful programming and other benefits to its members, and implement the goals of the Section's Strategic Plan.
Adrian K. Felix focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation across various industries, including construction, franchising, financial services, and hospitality. He has significant experience advising and representing real estate owners and developers in the management of distressed construction projects. As part of his practice, he regularly litigates construction disputes involving defects, delays, and lien claims on both domestic and international projects. Adrian obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and has been recognized as an "Up & Comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide.
