Adam D. Lustig Appointed to Executive Board of the Center for Real Estate Education & Research at Florida State University
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Real Estate Practice Group Leader Adam D. Lustig has been appointed to the Executive Board of the Center for Real Estate Education & Research at Florida State University. The Executive Board is responsible for advising the Center on its initiatives to improve student success and opportunity; advance the program’s academic mission of teaching, research, and service; develop strategies that will enhance the program’s resources; and promote discussion of critical trends and issues facing the real estate profession.
Adam’s practice focuses on the representation of real estate developers in a broad range of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures. These matters have involved retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, condominiums, hotels, and raw land.
In addition to his thriving real estate law practice, Adam dedicates his significant time to a number of local community and real estate organizations. He is actively involved in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, having served as a past Board Member and Chair of the Attorneys Division, and the International Council of Shopping Centers, having served as a past Chair of the Miami-Dade Committee.
