Scott Wagner is a veteran litigator of high-stakes disputes. He maintains a thriving antitrust and complex litigation practice. Scott’s international practice includes representing electronics distributors and manufacturers, as well as food and beverage companies, throughout the world on competition and antitrust issues. Scott also serves as trusted counsel to public and private companies, entrepreneurs and developers, rendering high-level legal and strategic advice on matters related to business competition and antitrust issues.
Scott achieved another trial victory this year in a suit stemming from allegations that an international movie producer and his production company defrauded his client. Scott’s client alleged that the producer fraudulently induced him to invest in a series of film and reality TV projects based on false premises. Ultimately, the jury found in favor of Scott’s client, awarding $6.5 million in compensatory damages and an additional $13 million in punitive damages.
