Scott N. Wagner Appointed to Miami Children's Museum Board of Directors

MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP is pleased to announce that Litigation partner Scott N. Wagner was elected to the Board of Directors of the Miami Children's Museum. Established in 1983 as the Miami Youth Museum, today's Miami Children's Museum on Watson Island is a non-profit educational institution offering interactive exhibits, programs, and learning materials related to arts, culture, community and communication. The Miami Children's Museum Board of Directors is comprised of a distinguished and diverse group of educators, business executives and community leaders committed to serving the children of South Florida.

Scott has been actively involved with Miami Children's Museum since 2013, as a steering committee member for the "Be a Kid Again Gala" and the "Not So Scary Halloween Bash." Scott also serves as 2014-2016 Chair-Elect of the Federal Bar Association Section of Antitrust and Trade Regulation, and additionally serves on the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Civil Redress Committee and the American Bar Association Pre-Trial Practice and Discovery Committee on e-Discovery.

Scott focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust actions involving price-fixing, conspiracy claims, monopolization, tying, customer and territorial allocation and predatory pricing claims. He currently represents clients in some of the largest opt-out antitrust actions pending in the United States. Scott also leads Bilzin Sumberg's e-Discovery practice.

Scott has been recognized by esteemed legal publications such as Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation and Florida Super Lawyers. In 2014, Scott was named a "40 Under 40" honoree by the Daily Business Review.
