2019 Healthiest Employers Awards
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is proud to be among the recipients South Florida Business Journal's 2019 Healthiest Employer Awards in the medium company (100-499 employees) category, a recognition given to companies for their efforts to create a healthy workplace.
The award utilizes an online assessment to measure wellness programming in six key categories: (1) leadership commitment, (2) foundational components, (3) strategic planning, (4) communication and marketing, (5) programming and interventions, and (6) reporting and analysis.

The firm currently offers several fitness classes per week, a healthy market, free gym membership, bimonthly on-site massages, and a subsidy for a healthy meal delivery service, in addition to an annual onsite health fair with biometric screenings and health insurance discounts to employees who participate in the wellness program.

The Healthiest Employers Awards is an annual accolade awarded by South Florida Business Journal, in conjunction with Healthy Employer LLC, to honor companies with policies and initiatives promoting the health and well-being of their employees.
