Amaducci Appointed to Advisory Board of ULI SE/Caribbean
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Suzanne M. Amaducci, Head of Real Estate at the firm, has been appointed to the Advisory Board of ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean (“ULI SE”). The Advisory Board serves as the local leadership for ULI SE and is composed of leading real estate and land use professionals. Suzanne’s appointment underscores her decades-long career at the center of South Florida’s real estate development, working on some of the most transformative deals shaping the area. As part of her two-year tenure, she will work closely with other members of the Advisory Board to build a strong presence for the Institute throughout the region.
A veteran of the local real estate industry, Suzanne is regularly sought out for her extensive experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, mixed-use development, leasing, public private partnerships, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and loan restructurings. She is very active in the area of marina and hotel acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development. Suzanne and her team have closed well over $2 billion in marina transactions.
Suzanne’s appointment to the Advisory Board of ULI SE follows the expiration of Bilzin Sumberg Managing Partner Albert E. Dotson, Jr.’s term in which he was extensively involved in the organization’s leadership. Suzanne’s participation builds on her long track record of involvement in industry associations. Suzanne is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a prestigious fellowship reserved for lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Miami Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism program (MRAD+U), and a past president and past board member of the Miami Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Suzanne is also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
