A partner with over a decade of experience, Ken Duvall’s practice spans a variety of sophisticated disputes. Ken handles commercial and financial litigation including mortgage backed securities cases, insurance disputes such as D&O claims, a wide range of real estate and land use matters, and high-stakes product liability controversies including wrongful death actions. Comfortable in both federal and state forums, Ken has appeared in courts across the country from California to New York and Minnesota to Texas. As a former appellate clerk, Ken is also at ease handling appeals. In addition, Ken serves as Assistant General Counsel for Bilzin Sumberg.
Jake Greenberg is a commercial litigation attorney who handles all types of business disputes, with an emphasis on real estate litigation, joint venture partnership disputes, and loan-servicing matters involving commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS). His expansive practice includes representation of financial institutions, commercial lenders, mortgage companies, special servicers, sponsors, developers, and commercial landlords and tenants, on matters spanning complex commercial foreclosures, lender liability, receiverships, loan workouts, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and CMBS regulatory compliance matters.
A veteran litigator, Lori Lustrin has been a key member of Bilzin Sumberg's Antitrust Group virtually from its inception, making tremendous contributions to the Antitrust Group's successes and growth. Lori’s practice focuses on federal class actions with an emphasis on antitrust litigation for opt-out plaintiffs. She also has substantial experience in a broad range of other complex business litigation matters, representing clients in product labeling, federal securities litigation, consumer product class actions, and multidistrict litigation across the country.
