Tax and Corporate Partner Alex Denault Joins Bilzin Sumberg
Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce that Alex M. Denault has joined the firm as a Partner in the Tax & Private Wealth and Corporate Groups. Alex brings with him nearly two decades of experience counseling clients on domestic and international income tax, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift tax planning. He represents high-net-worth individuals and families, international investors, private equity firms, and public and private corporations on a variety of domestic and international tax matters.
Alex also has a robust corporate tax practice that encompasses strategic tax advice as it relates to entity formation and governance, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganizations.

As a former Managing Director for Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at a “Big Four” accounting firm, he led complex international buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for public companies, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.
