Mindy A. Mora Inducted as a Fellow into American College of Bankruptcy

On March 13, Business Finance & Restructuring Partner, Mindy A. Mora, was inducted as a Fellow into the 26th Class of the American College of Bankruptcy, a distinction reserved for the top restructuring and bankruptcy professionals in the country.

The induction ceremony and reception took place at the Smithsonian Donald W. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture in Washington, D.C. Mindy was one of just 34 inductees nationwide being honored and recognized this year, and the only Florida Fellow included in the 2015 class. The highly regarded inductee class includes government officials, judges, law professors, commercial and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, insolvency accountants, turnaround and workout specialists and others involved in the bankruptcy and insolvency community.
