Stanley B. Price recognized as The Leading Building Industry Advocate since 1944 by Building Association of South Florida

Price, Chair of the Land Development and Government Relations Practice Group, on being recognized as The Leading Building Industry Advocate since 1944 by the Building Association of South Florida (BASF). BASF honors Stanley Price for a lifetime of superb leadership, dedication, and service to the building industry and to BASF.
Stanley has been actively involved with BASF since 1987. He has provided legal counsel on a pro bono basis, written and helped revise ordinances, facilitated presentations on BASF's behalf before the Miami-Dade County Commission, represented BASF on subcommittees, and served in various leadership positions. BASF has previously awarded Stanley with the Al Singer Spirit of the Industry Award and the President's Award.
Stanley has worked at the forefront of Florida land use law and was the principal draftsman of important land use legislation. He is frequently consulted on the subjects of owners' and developers' rights and complex zoning and permitting issues. In addition to representing clients in land use, Stan works extensively with government and regulatory agencies, developers, and landowners to examine, interpret, and establish land use policy.
